ABOUT
The Stables is a sympathetically converted Suffolk Red Brick country house with clock tower. All of our rooms have en suite bathrooms and are large and airy with oak beams and vaulted ceilings.
There is a great sense of space in the building and in the setting, yet the accommodation is warm and homely, perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine after a day walking along the Sunrise Coast. The Stables Bed & Breakfast could not be more tranquil and secluded with views as far as the eye can see of parkland, ancient trees and woodland and the resident horses, sheep and cattle.

The Stables offers perfect accommodation for couples looking for a romantic hideaway, walkers, cyclists, bird watchers, nature lovers, artists, writers, families and anyone looking for tranquility, beauty and comfort. Book with us and enjoy lavish breakfasts with local produce and fresh ingredients. Healthy and alternative options are on offer each day along with the traditional full English breakfast. We can cater for most dietary requirements.

We have a guest lounge with honesty bar. We can offer plenty of recommendations on what to do locally, along with walking and cycling maps. The gorgeous Georgian seaside resort of Southwold is our nearest town, with Minsmere Nature Reserve, Dunwich Heath, Aldeburgh, Snape Maltings, Beccles, Halesworth, Covehithe all within easy reach. Henham Park is also home to the award winning Latitude Festival in July and the Grand Henham Steam Rally in September.

Feather Bedding and Soft Towels

Luxurious feather duvets (during the cooler times of year) and fluffy cotton towels on all our beds. Hypoallergenic bedding is also available, just let us know before your arrival.

Well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement only.

Local Walks
Plenty of walking hotspots in the surrounding area include Minsmere, Walberswick, Southwold, Dunwich and many more.

DVD player and TV included as standard in each room.
Walking on Henham Park
Henham Park is a private estate and walking is currently restricted. However, there are many beautiful walks within 10-20 minutes' drive.
